The Accounting and Treasury Management teams are committed to the Finance Division’s mission of monitoring, protecting and preserving NJIT’s financial resources by applying industry best practices ensuring long-term financial stability.

The Office of University Budgeting supports NJIT’s strategic objectives through a transparent budget development process by identifying, projecting, allocating, and managing the resources available for operating and capital expenditures.

The mission of The Office of Business Services is to provide effective and efficient administrative services to the NJIT community while adhering to sound business practices. The functional departments within Business Services are Accounts Payable, Card Services, Office of Procurement and Payroll.

The Risk Management department works collaboratively with the campus community to identify, evaluate and analyze risks inherent to the operation of the university.

Financial Systems and Innovation (FSI) leads the implementation, administration, and oversight of NJIT's financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system and other business systems. FSI manages and maintains the operation of Banner for efficient functionality ensuring data integrity and security.
